Interpay

For the (re) certification Interpay (an interbank institution of Dutch banks, most of the financial transactions accounted for) were the following considerations. Interpay has a documented policy statement for optimal working conditions and health at work. For example, in the Work Guide (an information booklet for all company employees) the policy defined for work and leisure, the company fitness allowances, the company emergency and staff welfare, childcare and complaints of harassment. The staff circa1600 for permanent employees, are included brochures on healthy and safe working. It also provides information on the intranet Interpay health activities and health news, such as the RSI-prevention policy.
