Lafeber Int. Transport is a family business with 24 employees and specialized in transporting equipment for drilling rigs, construction and port cabins. The employees get a lot of ownership in a company with good communication. The company has since 1996 an active Health and absenteeism Policy and was honoured with  the Transport Company Health Prize 2000.

The policy is based on the commitment and motivation of employees high and they feel very involved with the business. This has a positive impact on relationships with customers, making it a high performer.
